Add style.css

Add style.css file provided by designer.
style.css should be utilized by the index.html.

Add jQuery code to collapse and expand sidebar on mobile

Include jQuery CDN at the bottom of the index.html. Include jQuery code to toggle the "active" class on the sidebar when the #sidebarCollapse element is clicked.

Create portfolio.html page. Add link to portfolio.html from the sidebar. portfolio.html should have the same layout as index.html, but should contain past project information. lorem ipsum is okay for now.
