Refactor in both Part 2 and Part 3 branches how to manage keys and connection information.

Create New Logic App (Call DallE) that

• Exposes REST request response trigger
• Formats a message to call DallE
• Waits for Dall-E to create images
• Moves images to storage container
• captures URI from storage container
• Formats a response message with the URI
• sends response to caller

Update initial Logic App to

• In parallel with Call Davinci, have it call DallE
• Track product id
• Update the record to include data from Davinci and DallE
• Add record to outgoing batch

Update the docs to include a prereq with the command to run to install and/or update the Az Functions local runtime tools.

Create New Logic App (Call Davinci) that

• Exposes REST request response trigger
• Track product id
• Formats a message to call Davinci
• Formats a response message
• sends response to caller

Update initial Logic App to

• Loop through all records in batch
• For each record, call the (call Davinci) Logic App
• Update the record
• Add record to outgoing batch

• Ingest Batch File
• track batch id
• Move batch file to processing folder
• Transform file to new format
• send new batch file to destination folder
• move batch file to completed folder

Include doc content specifying to use a region where AOAI is available. It is not in all regions.

Add -n levelupintegrationdeploy to the deployment sub create command to include a name parameter
