Ok, I managed to get the whole thing to properly package the .jar file just fine. But now I seem to have run into another issue entirely. The program is failing to read/access 4 .bin files(which are all present in the file paths).

command.bin | monmagic1.bin | monmagic2.bin | item.bin

The following 2 ParserMode options are the only ones I attempted to use so far.

PARSE_MONSTER fails to find the monster file. I attempted this with 102 and that was also a fail.
PARSE_ENCOUNTER finds the btl .bin file just fine but sees a null value in 'chunks' when the program tries to invoke a list.

I'm attaching an image to this for further clarity on the problem. I'm running a Windows 10 PC, in case this is needed.
