Schema currently looks like

What about using packed fields like

aaa    |
bbb    | --- all one message
ccc    |

bbb
ccc

alchemy-write presently writes proto schema of messages that look like

message Line {
    required uint64 fromNode = 1;
    required uint64 toNode = 2;
    required uint32 speed = 3;
}

expecting an input csv of lines following the same schema. Other format to support would have the same first and second fields and a third field type of pbf type string, cpp type std::string.

I imagine using a flag like --input-format or --schema to specify what format to work with.
