This is a first cut at a module API which exposes the identifier for each module
(currently, the PDB signature). What do you think, is this sufficient or
should we
add more?

I've got a big patch just about ready to go. Only one more change I'd like to
make.
This will also add module information to ProcessState objects, as requested by
several people.
