Simultaneous showing of the relevant dialog when the appropriate highlighted text is shown..

• Make the popups load randomly on the screen
• keep the text contained within the frame of the screen (mobile)
• have a placeholder 'navigate to next section' button on the bottom right fixed all the time
• load the context text line by line initially (then later letter by letter)

touch events on mobile for dragging doesn't isolate from scrolling. Currently, when dragging the dialog, the page automatically scrolls too. This needs to be avoided.
