Unsure of what my current "list" filter is
By executing this command,
It is slightly difficult to find out what the current list filter is in place or was executed. Hence if I want to go up a level or recall what other filters I want to apply to list, I would have to do "list" and restart the process.
There was clear documentation of this feature however, it may be a good idea to indicate what filters have been applied for "list".
PS: Perhaps consider moving the note on "list", that other commands like "find" will only apply to that particular "list", into a more prominent section.
"Delete" Section in UG, "list Room 2" command example not working
As Seen in this portion of UG,
Following the logic from my previous Issue, I seperated the command, but it seems like the command is not working as expected.
Chaining the commands did not work as well.
However, following along with the command result, i figured out I may be missing a "l/" flag.
Tried it and it worked.
Excess words and characters are allowed
Maximum Quantity value not stated
Adding item of Quantity as "001"
Having applied the "sort quantity asc" and adding an item of quantity "001", the value 001 is accepted and represented as such. (*See item at index 8)
For us, we understand that 001 may be smaller than 2, however, it is considered a higher value than an item of qty 10.
(EDIT!!!!!!!)
Reapplying the filter, the "asc" and "desc", it recognizes the value as 1. However the value still shows as "001"
"Followed by" phrasing may be misleading
Following this section of the UG,
In the examples, I found "followed by" ambiguous. I thought it was possible to chain the commands as such:
but only the "find" command was executed. And no status message on whether the second command was parsed or not.
I do believe this is a minor documentation bug, however it was ambiguious enough for me to give it a try.
Fortunately, no bugs occurred which was great, but also hinted that the "delete" command was probably just not parsed.
No alert for similar items being added
"sort expirydate" does not sort correctly after "edit"
After editing "Item 6" 's expiry date to Sep 17 2021, and editing "Item 7" 's expiry date to expired,
"sort expirydate" does nothing. Not sure if I understood the command corerctly. I was expecting it to sort the Sep17 expiry date to the top.
Changing "Item 1" 's expiry date too, and retried executing it. Did not work.
