In the tests, we have many warnings like

`ignore(f)` is deprecated, use `ChainRulesCore.ignore_derivatives(f)` instead.

which need to be fixed.

This issue is used to trigger TagBot; feel free to unsubscribe.

If you haven't already, you should update your TagBot.yml to include issue comment triggers.

If you'd like for me to do this for you, comment TagBot fix on this issue.
I'll open a PR within a few hours, please be patient!

Currently we rely on many dependencies which are not really needed, including:

• GPUArrays
• Lux
• NLsolve
• Optimisers

Others are only needed in Tests, including:

• ChainRulesTestUtils
• SafeTestsets

For some packages it is unclear if we still need them, including:

• Distances
• ForwardDiff
• InteractiveUtils
• SparseArrays
• StatsBase

All of these need to be verified and removed if possible.

At the moment we are allocating new arrays every time I'm calling these routines. This should be done with @views!
