Hi.

Auto pauser just stopped working for me. I've got Windows 8, and everything was 
fine for a while. Now when I start the program it just crash. I've tried 
starting as administrator but it did not help.

In the event log I found error:
System.Net.WebException
Stos:

   w SpotifyAutoPauser.Updater.GetVersion()
   w SpotifyAutoPauser.Updater.Check()
   w SpotifyAutoPauser.Program.Main()

Worked like a charm on Windows 7.  Good stuff, thanks for sharing it.

I wanted to comment at your blog, but it required a Facebook login for that I 
refuse Facebook categorically.  I suggest you allow some other validation 
options.

The new update messed up the pauser, so now it just keeps spamming the 
play/pause button.

this program is fantastic for the workplace and I can't find anything like it 
anywhere else.

OS: Windows 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cut off your Internet/Network connection
2. Start spotify auto pauser
3. BOOOM! :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing. Instead I see an error (or WebException, when my debugger is 
connected).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The newest. :)

Just add a try-catch in your main-Function and delay it for 30 mins or so. I 
would code that for you, if I had write access. Maybe put this code on github, 
so I can create a pull request?
I have your otherwise cool tool in my autostart and it sometimes it crashes at 
boot due to this. :/

I prefer not to restore playback when getting back to the computer.

Thanks for creating the code, here's a patch implementing this. Take it or 
leave it.
