Feature request alert rule

Could we have an alert rule that are targeted at the XML Class (or a new class similar to the two existing "monitor" classes).

This is useful in cases where:
SCOM Alerts are forward to a ticketing system that autocloses tickets when alerts are closed in SCOM. This makes it difficult to use the timer monitors.

I have never liked manual reset monitors, its very confusing to "normal" users (and sometimes for SCOM Admins as well)
