I think it's the only thing that is missing.

Can someone implement this feature? There is many forks of this project but none with IPv6 support.

When listen_port is set to some value higher than 1024 instead of 53,
when /etc/resolv.conf doesn't need to be modified,
I'd like to run this program as nobody from the start, without ever using root privileges.

Not all use cases will use this as default DNS server, e.g. run dnsmasq in front of it.

I got many the following messages because on each child exit it will be printed to journald:

is it essential or just remove all warnings flags?

It will kill every dns_proxy instance. Just omit ExecStop and systemd will kill all processes belonging to this service.
