I'm so glad I found this, this has made configuring the monitor with python a breeze!

With some tweaks I think this script has the potential to replace the "init_ivad.py" script that is currently in the imac_g3_ivad_board_init repo.

This is a great tool that one can use to configure the monitor and simultaneously have it load that same config file at boot.
To do this the program would have to send the init sequence using values saved via this script when a config file is passed as an argument on the command line.

This also means that the script would need to have a default configuration for first boot.
