React to messages which contain Nitro (animated) emoji names with the appropriate emoji. This allows non-Nitro users to use these emojis.

Add a list of domains which can be blocked by the bot.

Reaction emojis should be tracked by the user who reacted and the user who was being reacted to.

Messages should return errors in message form when the bot is running in debug mode. This will require spawning individual processes for each handler.

Nostrum should not be set to run in the test environment. Then the Discord token required by the config won't be required for the test environment.
