The custom control tooltip showed at some point in the past, but no longer appears.

This was done for new Actions previously. It should also be enabled for new Connections, saving the extra click to check (enable) them.

Need a context menu for cut/copy/paste for users that prefer mouse to keyboard actions.

Action properties need to call the methods for transforming the string representations of Channel numbers, and note numbers, before displaying in PropertyGridView.

The global IgnoreEvents setting should be set per-device to facilitate "hot-swappability."

Some events that a device auto-sends upon connection (ex. current settings) may be useful, and should possibly stored in a queue until connection is complete.

Passthrough is currently possible by inputting the number 255. This, however, is obtuse. Possibly use an enum so that the word "Passthrough" can be selected from the list.

The Control Change action plugins (which send control change) should have definable upper- and lower-bounds.

Detect disconnected devices, and disable connection, before trying to communicate with a no-longer-existent connection.

Add a "Recently Used" section to the top of the Actions GroupedComboBox. Possibly present an option for the number of recent actions to retain.

Uses WM_COPYDATA, as opposed to raw SendMessage

Need a way to manually select/input an event, without having to wait for an incoming MIDI message, so that events can be programmed without controller input.

Opening multiple configuration windows (Connections, Configuration, Actions) at the same time causes undesired results, for instance, forms can become unresponsive.
