Migrate 'Ignore Events While Connecting' to be device dependent

The global IgnoreEvents setting should be set per-device to facilitate "hot-swappability."

Additionally, the option to automatically ignore events which may trigger actions that can not be processed until the connecting process is finished should be explored. Some events that a device auto-sends upon connection (ex. current settings) may be useful, and should possibly stored in a queue until connection is complete.

Crash upon device disconnect

Detect disconnected devices, and disable connection, before trying to communicate with a no-longer-existent connection.

Recently used Actions list

Add a "Recently Used" section to the top of the Actions GroupedComboBox. Possibly present an option for the number of recent actions to retain.

Configuration window conflict

Opening multiple configuration windows (Connections, Configuration, Actions) at the same time causes undesired results, for instance, forms can become unresponsive.

Action plugin To Do list

  • Update available devices
  • Update available plugins
  • [possibly] Toggle connection
  • [possibly] Toggle action
  • pure MIDI passthrough (option of output)
