Clone this repository: git clone https://github.com/jsocarras/ImageFilters

Navigate to the directory: cd ImageFilters

Run the Streamlit application. streamlit run app.py

Open your web browser and go to the address shown in your terminal (usually http://localhost:8501).

Use the application! You can either upload an image file or enter the URL of an image. Then, click the "Apply Filters and Generate Animation" button to process the image.
