You will write a script that takes a file name as an argument. The file will be in csv format.

The csv will only have two columns. The first column will be name and the second column will be value. The name of the csv file should be the topic.

The output should be a left-adjusted bar graph. When you run it, your terminal output should look roughly like this:

python bar_graph.py number_of_cookies_people_have.csv

number of cookies people have
-----------------------------

joe    #######
zach   ####
emily  ######
yanyin #####

I included what the command that you run should look like as well.
