A user that will update a record without first running doddns notifications:toggle to create the relevant config entry will result in an error (although the record is still updated).

We should check that, or better, find a way to initiate an empty config file with default values when installing.

I've installed this on a RaspberryPi. The compiled version can't see to be able to contact Ipify, but running the checked out repository code works just fine.

Error is:

In Ip.php line 18:
The request failed because it wasn't able to reach the ipify service.
                  This is most likely due to a networking error of some sort.

Clearly, it's a matter with running it on RasPi / Ubuntu. There is a config I probably haven't done, but when I find it, this issue is to remember to make a note of it somewhere in the doc.

We should probably leverage Laravel Zero's ability to do desktop notifications to notify when an error has occured... But I guess a better way of doing this whould be to offer other options, like Slack or email.

In any case, we should offer the user an option to opt-in or out any notification.

Sure, I was building this for fun, and as a MVP first but, yeah, there should be tests around if I want to make it easier to maintain.
