Add front end views for get, add, and update operations.

Get - allow users to retrieve list of places
Get - allow users to retrieve list of features
Add - allow users to add a place that does not exist(for now features should only be added after the place has been added)
Add - allow users to add a new feature to the feature dataset
Update - allow user to update features of a place(from a list of known features. If the user wants to add a feature to a place that does not exist yet they should first add the feature)

All cases will bee lowercase to avoid false negatives in queries from case sensitivity

Load predefined list of cities, states, and countries
Add autocomplete feature for these values in all place views

Add a generic interface for loading, saving, and updating data

Add the following REST endpoints.

Post - /place
Put - /place
Get - /place with request args
Get - /place/{id}
Post - /place/{id}

Post - /place/feature
Put - /place/feature
Get - /place/feature with request args
Get - /place/feature/{id}

Restrict fields such as city, state, country. State and country should be restricted to new York until testing is complete

A list of selectable features should be display when when updating a place

When a user adds/updates a place and it contains features not already in the feature dataset then add it to the dataset

Add elastic search option implementing the generic store, retrieve, update interface

When the front end code resides in separate domain a CORS filter will be need for sending requests
