This really helps, I have a multitarget project that targets .net48 and .net6.0 and it solves the gap for ImportSubjectPublicKeyInfo() in.net48

Suggestion:
Provide it in a NuGet Package.

I am aware that there are existing packages like BouncyCastle, but they might be too large for my specific use case. Having a lightweight package that specifically caters to this method would be beneficial.
