Objective of the competition: Help detect early stage lung cancer from patient CT scans

Evaluation criteria: LogLoss

Infrastructure Used:

• Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
• Machine: NC12 - 12 cores (E5-2690v3), 112 GB memory, 680 GB SSD
• GPU: 2 X K80 Tesla GPU
• additional storage: 2TB

Performance: Final model in top 10% of private leaderboard standing (Bronze medal) over two-stages. In this competition, 1972 teams competed for $1,000,000 over the two stages.
