Where useful add support for notification webapi.

Currently PHP functions are used to retrieve total/free diskspace. This, however, seems inaccurate.
Rely on PHPSysInfo to provide accurate information.

In order to have the images display directly preload them using JS.

With the fancybox margin and lock overlay things get screwed up.

The collapsable tabs used in settings can have issues on mobile (bootstrap col-xs) views. It will revert back to normal bootstrap tab layout when focusing inputs and then losing the focus on the input.

In mobile (bootstrap col-xs) rendering all blocks except the first are by default collapsed.
Add a toggle button to the footer to expand/collapse all blocks with one click

Implement refresh feature for all blocks

Show more information after clicking on cover

After couple of (auto?) refreshes sometimes isloading will remain displayed.

Add CRUD for user management in settings;

• Show users (Also display last login time)
• Create new user
• Delete user
• Change password?
