Fusion Server Version 1.4.0b Release Candidate 1, June 2020

This version incorporates multiple changes and updates to correct minor issues and improve system performance. Of particular note are improved negotiation with the MMC Classroom Server, enhanced tolerance for network packet loss and latency, and expansion of autonomous mode.


Fusion Server Version 1.3.5a BETA1, 03 February 2020

This version incorporates feature enhancements planned for v1.4.0 (including updated Blockly controls for time measurement and file output) for Beta Testing.


Fusion Server Version 1.3.4a RC1, 25 July 2019

This version adds the initial release of a new feature, "Autonomous Operation". This feature allows the user to select a program which will automatically be started after the Fusion boots up and not require user intervention. This is useful in certain settings where no connection to the robot is permitted.


Fusion Server version v1.3.2 RC1, 06 May 2019

This version adds several new and enhanced features, multiple bug fixes, and features new branding as Modern Robotics and MyBot Educational Robotics join the Mimio/Boxlight Family.

Among the new features are:

  • Dynamic wireless port assignments to re-assign the internal wireless asset as either an Access Point or a Network Interface depending on the boot-time requirement.
  • Language support for English, Spanish, and Chinese. (Additional languages to follow.)
  • Improved Community Membership negotiation with Mimio MicroCloud Classroom Server.

Fusion Server version v1.2.0 RC3, 12 December 2018

This version introduces support for the MyBot Classroom Server. It also adds an updated firmware installer and several bug fixes.

Fusion Server version v1.0.5b, 01 November 2018

This version adds new features including support for the Modern Robotics Core Modules (Core Device Interface, Core Motor Controller, Core Servo Controller, Core Legacy Module, and the Core Power Distribution Module).

Other features include unattended data logging, a basic file manager, and a number of enhancements to Fusion Blockly enabling user defined functions and lists.
