When playing something an error occurred which caused an error in uploading images to Twitter. Can't tell why it happened but I should add some logic to retry the upload if it happens. 
This needs to be planned and rebuilt from the ground up as the code has become very hard to manage and I don't think that future plans will work well if it's not rebuilt now.
UUID's could be used for image names as were keeping cacheTable as a thing now; this would stop any possible file clashes with the random 6 digit id for non tmdb tv and movies
