Audio Device Switcher is a Windows 10 app that makes it easy to quickly switch your default playback device as well as your recording device using hotkeys.
First of all thanks alot for this program, it makes life WAY easier for me since I have to constantly switch between speaker, rear mic to headphones/front mic.
one small bug if I right-click on the program in the taskbar then click away, the program closes. it is a tiny issue but sometimes causes accidental closing of the program and the shortcuts not working. will be great if this is fixed and an option to toggle that icon off is available, thanks alot for the effort <3
Hi,
Windows detects my headset in many ways: "Logitech USB Headset H340", "3- Logitech USB Headset H340", "2- Logitech USB Headset H340", ecc. depending on the USB port I use or some other arcane reason.
It would be useful if I could set the name of the device using wild cards.
For example if I set "*Logitech USB Headset H340", AudioDeviceSwitcher should switch to the first enabled device matching the string "*Logitech USB Headset H340".
Thank you
I think it would be nice to be able to use different tray icons for devices. This way you could see at a glance which device is currently selected without having to toggle them to see.
Hi, I have an external keyboard with the F13 to F20 Keys (like a Streamdeck).
It would be great if I could use your Software with it, without pressing ctrl or alt on another keyboard.
