I am a software developer from the Netherlands and live currently in Winschoten. I started programming because I wanted to create a website for my bamboo, palm tree and exotic plants growing hobby. I really enjoyed creating a state of the art CMS, complete with hardcoded credentials and modern "table based design", so I decided to switch education from horticulture to software development. After 4 years I left there with a degree in software engineering but, wanted to go a bit deeper (no pun intended) and stated to learn about embedded development at NHLStenden. Unfortunately I quit after 3 years because of a car crash and never resumed my studies. Now I mainly write some code for hobby projects and are planning to return to writing open source software and get back up to speed with the latest chances in the past 3 years.
