Software Design Principles Term Project

An application to be developed in Java 8=>11 for the purpose of illustrating good software design principles.

The application is used to track the eating and exercise habits of the user and calculate nutritional information accordingly.

Instructions for Running the Application:

The main method is located in the WellnessManager class
Menus are provided via a command line interface to the user and are self explanatory for possible functionality
Prompts display based on the user’s selection to collect user input needed for various functionalities
