Fire log

Add an option to log each fire, and its time (perhaps in future the possibility to track whether it succeeded or not? or even retain the results -- but make absolutely sure the user knows what they are doing here - maybe make them turn on #define)

Track Fire Date and Fire Count Manually

Seems fireDate on NSTimer doesn't work how I was expecting, so we should track it internally (in the userInfo dict). Fire count too, seems prudent and not expensive.

Optional Persistent Times

If a Timer is set to, say, 24 hours, then there should be the option of the timer persisting through a 24 hour period and firing if the app is open after 24 hours or if it's not open, immediately after it is reopened. Currently, it will fire after 24 hours, but the timer will reset to 24 hours from that point forth. A persistent timer would continue from the time that it should have fired. If you opened it for 3 days, it would tick over from the most recent time it should have fired.
