when punished users leave or join, it's supposed to notify the staff channel, but at the moment it doesnt

search chat logs if user not found.

this works for some reason however

• fix stats website to auto update (hourly?)
• every hour insert msgs into mongodb
• cache repeated calculations, overwrite cached data upon recieving new data
• get timezone info via js in browser, ajax request to website with tz info.
