本仓库将实现 LDPC 码的编译码算法的 cpp 实现，希望提升仿真时的速度，同时拥有更好的灵活性，能够对各种不同类型的 LDPC 码进行仿真，更进一步的，我希望这个仿真程序能够方便的被利用到其他的一些通信技术仿真中，算是完成自己的一个期望。这个仓库在几个月前就已经建好了，只是一直没有时间拿出时间真正去做这件事情，现在一切时机都已经成熟，可以开始动手做了。
