We are NO EXPERTS. We are just creating the app for the fun of creating the app and supporting our own weight loss process. The intention of this android app is to do nutrition tracking based on a very simple, symbol based system. In general it works like the weight watchers system, just with specific symbols instead of points.

A vertical list of all days that you have created tracking data for. Every day consists of a series of rows, each of which contains blocks for every unit of measure. The daily threshold is marked in red.

Shows different statistics/averages.

This view provides different settings for the application.

• Unit of measures - what to track
• Thresholds for units of measure
• Unit of increment - How many "unites" to add for every click of the symbol
• Calculated statistics (stretch goal)
• Connected unit of measures - units that belong together and can be traded

There is the official Injoy app. It costs money and does the tracking in a very simple, unsupportive way. The last point is the main reason for this project.
