please try to give global options for below things in "...wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=wc-donation-platform"

1. please give global option to set amount suggestions on all donation products by default.
   so that, user dont need to enter the same amount suggestions everytime.

2. also, give global option to set product regualar price/sale price for all donation products by default.
   so that, user dont need to enter the same dummy price everytime.

OR

it can be assigned/done automatically on product first save/publish.

1. In WooCommerce system report I found 27 different error relating to version out of date.
2. Before installing this plugin, after payment completed buyer will see the purchase is successful at the website checkout final page after payment merchant is successful. Now it says.
   • "Your request could not be processed correctly. If the problem persists, please contact us."
   • And order status is automatically pushed to "Completed" instead of "Processing". Email sent to customer with receipt
   • When I disable wcdp plugin, successful orders will go to Processing then I'll push to Complete manually which I prefer.
3. My skill set is between beginner to intermediate so pls dumb it down for me. Thank you

   4 Add the following code to my functions.php to increment by one dollar.

Resolution Suggestion
I believe the issues is located in wcdp_step_1_amount.php, line 29. Instead of $wcdp_price_decimals, I believe the filter should be used.

Describe the bug
We are sending additional woocommerce emails using the plugin https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-emails-for-woocommerce/.
In that email we use the shortcode [order_details] to display the order information. This is showing as "Donation #98" instead of "Order #98" when the order was for a completely different product that is not a donation product.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup 2 products, 1 normal 1 donation
2. Place order for normal product
3. Check custom email with shortcode [order_details]

Expected behavior

Its little time taking....

Why dont show it normally, so that just enter amount and click next to proceed would work.

Also, no need to give check mark after input, just keep currency symbol & input, its enough.

How to build shortcodes to display donation button, prices layout in loop and products details? I want different layout of prices selection with input in loop and different in product details?

Following the same great user experience and flow provided with the plugin, steps 1, 2, 3..

How can we have the thank you page follow in the same sequence (be step4 or silent) as opposed to opening a totally new page and disrupting the user flow experience. This is especially key also for the pop-up scenario, so that at the end of the process it is the user who closes the popup and the initial main page is maintained.

As users navigate forward and backward through the steps, they expect to scroll to the top of the step that is now visible.

Tap Next to Step two, scroll to the bottom of the form as if you filled it all out.
Tap Next and notice you are at the bottom of Step 3 and have to scroll up to fill out the first entry fields.
In our case, users are missing the check box to pay for transaction fees.

The same issue applies to the back button, going from Step 2 back to Step 1 you have to scroll up to modify the amount.

I love this plugin, it is very helpful for us to raise donor funds. I just have a small suggestion to add. That is, when the user enters a donation amount large enough to hit the maximum, I'd like to show a message unique to that situation. If someone wants to give that much, I don't want them to get an error message and then go away with no follow up! We want to talk to that person to discuss their offer and make special arrangements. Unfortunately that is a rare situation so it is not an urgent request but perhaps it is easily added. Thank you again for this great plugin.

Hey,

I have the problem that the payments are not loaded if i add one donation to the cart and want to pay. If i reload the site or add another donation it works.

It apears a loading symbol for a short time and then nothing else happens(desktop&smartphone).

If i deactivate the plugin it works as it should.

Describe the bug
When using the popup style, users can't choose the options from the dropdown selections.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://wcdp.jonh.eu/demos/demo-style-1-popup/#wcdp-form
2. Now select the donation frequency. Dropdown doesn't work at-all.

Expected behavior
When dropdown is clicked a list of options is displayed.

The problem is not limiting to when donations are added as variable product or variable subscription. Users can't choose the county and country as well. Which means most of the donations where country is a requirement wont work. Other donation forms where pop-up is not used works as expected.

Describe the bug
I added some code to functions.php to add before the table the description of the product and its photo. I use wc-donation-platform with woocommerce subscriptions.
When its a regular donation, the description + photos shows up, but when its a recurring one, it does not.

i noticed: If we create product using code, Donation dont get active,

when we hit publish manually, donation become active.

Describe the bug
I installed the plugin v.1.2.9 on my wordpress site having woocommerce version 7.3.0 displayed the following error: Donation Platform for WooCommerce is inactive. This version of Donation Platform for WooCommerce requires WooCommerce 4.0.0 or newer. Please update WooCommerce.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'wordpress plugin install'
2. Click on install wc-donation-plaform.'
3. See error on top

Expected behavior
It shouldn't throw this error because i am already on woocommerce v4 above

Divi allows you to change woocommerce elements.
When I use it to change the button color, I get an error.

"Only one donation form per page allowed"

All I did was enable DIVI.

To Reproduce

1. Go to "enable visual builder"
2. hover over module
3. change button
4. Save
5. close visual builder.

If I got rid of steps 2 and 3 the result would be the same.

Expected behavior
It should allow me to edit the button and behave normally.

There are some things i noticed should be there in plugin and recommendations are below:

1. Let users set Min & Max amount for donations. (Can use other plugin for min, max but it would be great if it integrates into one single plugin (this plugin))

2. Let user give a parameter to be used in “shortcode” for redirecting users to custom thank you page after successful payment.

Please dont take these two things for granted.

I know these will and are very must for most of the users.

This plugin would become a multi-purpose plugin after integrating these two things.

Please consider these.
