This is an attempt to get gnuradio & friends up and running on alpine linux.

Current TODOs:
  - Check licenses
  - package wx for python to ENABLE_GR_WXGUI
  - check all the dependencies
  - verify contents of all the packages
  - check if mode_t.patch is ok, submit it upstream
  - package py-cheetah


Dependency/build order:
  1. py-cheetah, qwt
  2. gnuradio
  3. hackrf
  4. gr-osmosdr
  5. gqrx
