What does the patch fix exactly?

I have created symlinks and external attributes on symlinks without problem. The time attributes on symlinks look fine, too. Could you provide an example to reproduce the bugs that the patch fixes?

Error after encfs.macosx installation

Point to the official homebrew package

Now that this has been pulled into homebrew in Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#24196, this repository may not be needed any more. If you confirm that the encfs from homebrew works, this repository README should probably just point people there.

Installation fails

when i try to

brew tap jollyjinx/encfs

as mentioned under "Installing with Homebrew" on Github Page

i get the following Error ...

Clone to '/usr/local/Library/Taps/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs' ...
remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs/' not found
Error: Failure while executing: git clone https://github.com/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs /usr/local/Library/Taps/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs --depth=1

I think the repository url should be ...
https://github.com/jollyjinx/encfs.macosx
... instead of ...
https://github.com/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs/

can you pleas fix this.

Send PR against brew?

Why not send a PR against the main brew repo ?

encfs --version works while using encfs does not

Seems to be a dyld error - I'm looking into it.

How can use Mac's Trash bin feature.

brew tap

According to the brew tap documentation the naming conventions for the repos must be observed: there must be a homebrew-encfs repo. I tried brew tap jollyjinx/encfs as per the readme and got:
remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/jollyjinx/homebrew-encfs/' not found

Support for OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi, did someone ever succeed to install and run encfs on OS X 10.10 Yosemite ?

I tried from sources but failed miserably

add to homebrew

Can you please add a pull request at https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew I'm in the process of getting osxfuse added (Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#21214) and this was my next target.
