Hi John :) Good job! Are you using this for a live project? It would be fun to see it in action.

Anyway, I was wondering if you could add some SQL scripts for generating the database schema and seeding initial data to it? Or perhaps a database file would suffice. Anyway, it would be much easier for people cloning the repo to get started if this was automated through a script or something.

Actually, having to install a database server to run the example might make some people shy away because of the extra setup time required, so how do you feel about just storing the example data in memory instead? That might make the installation process a little easier. What do you think?

Also, maybe the setup guide on frontpage could be enhanced with a list where you just document what setup steps have to be finished before the app can be run.
