Users should be able to specify decay time increments. Increments should include:

• Weeks
• Days
• Hours

Source code and tests should be to converted to TypeScript to allow for safer type checking and scalability.

Rollup currently functions only as a module bundler and does not transpile any of the code. The Rollup config should be updated to use Babel to transpile all code down to ES5.

Use object-path-resolve to improve path resolution for the visit method
