That was partly my ignorance for not realising that you could actually host the files on pypi too... Doing it via github worked quite well in the past.

Anyway, I've uploaded the file now - though not sure if pip/easy_install will tend to use that or the github link first.

It seems to work now. The original link appears to be dead, pip uses pypi as fallback though.
