Apparently the volume *should* appear in the Finder, not sure why it doesn't.

I think GmailFS works fine, so maybe examining their code will determine
the issue.

Set correct uid and gid when mounting.

Would be nice to support directories - empty directories could be supported
using a hidden placeholder.
