An Apache2, MySQL5.7, PHP 7 Docker config

This is a small project to convert a docker blog post from Rachel Andrews to an actual project with docker. A simple web project. Thanks for this!

This is really nice! But I'm having trouble getting the image processing working and I think it's because of this error:

Errors were encountered while processing:
libapache2-mod-php5
php5
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
ERROR: Service 'webserver' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c apt-get update -y && apt-get install -y libpng-dev apache2-doc apache2-utils libapache2-mod-fcgid apache2-suexec-pristine php-pear php-auth mcrypt imagemagick libruby libapache2-mod-python memcached php-gettext' returned a non-zero code: 100
