Not sure how to do this without making it very messy.
Probably best option:
Let the user specify per recipe and defaults/fallbacks.
For example "use 3 productivity module 3 wherever you can, otherwise nothing, except for production-science-pack which uses 1 speed module 2"
Read from a configuration file to make the cli less messy

When a product is used in multiple places downstream the weight of only one of them gets used upstream. See for example copper-cable in the output from advanced-circuit.

For example a set of science packs

Ingredients with a recipe should end up above those without.
For example,
coal: 1
should be below

iron-plate: 2
(iron-ore 2)

Allow fractions and units.

For example put 2/3m for two every three minutes (which would be equivalent to 40/h or 1/40s or 1/40 or 0.025/s or 0.025).
