width and height variables throughout the codebase should be replaced with a serializable dimensions struct (best put in the src/util/frame.rs file):

This should include the Frame struct:

And the jsonnet API

May involve formatting by hand inside of macro calls and docstrings.

On pushed tag:

• publish crate
• create github release
• attach zip and tarball with jsonnet files to release
• write changelog into release notes

Action for building the documentation, pushing the resulting static html on the gh-pages branch. Need to wait on #5.

Mgart should be documented in a mdbook which should reside in the docs/ folder. I'd like to get started by setting up the basic layout of the mdbook, i.e. blank sections for stuff like installation, quick start and the drawing algorithms.
