Hi, hello. I often need to know what are all the latest catalog leaves for each package ID and version. Some examples:

(I probably have way more examples but I got lazy)

What do you think of adding a new CSV to data-nuget-catalog-reports for this? This would also help address this issue: NuGet/NuGetGallery#3878

Suggested file name: LatestCatalogLeafByPackageIdentity.csv

Suggested columns:

Name	Type	Notes
PackageId	string	The package ID that this leaf is related to
PackageVersion	string	The package version that this leaf is related to
Type	string	The type of the catalog item: PackageDetails or PackageDelete
CommitTimestamp	string	The commit timestamp of this catalog item
