i have dlc but not sure if its usable yet or if its corrupt in normal iw it works but in this it kicks me out saying dlc brokend or something like that....also how to i disable frags in mp bots are ridicilous with it lol
I’ve been trying a lot but I can’t find out how certain functions work like UA or at least adding bots to a private match to rank up
AS the title says, When I compiled and tried to run it, it only displays the splash screen and closed itself. Any solution?
I have been loving this client, one question. My buddy and I want to run the easter eggs together. Is there a command to join other people. If so what port would I have to forward? Thanks.
I already know some commands that work but I'm trying to figure out the weapon_name for console commands. Anyone know any?
When I try to start a match in zombies it doesn't do anything, I tried it with some commands like xpartygo, devmap cp_zmb but it didn't worked. The installation didn't created any problems and the game runs fine (in the menus, because I cannot start a game). In the image you can see what happens after typing xpartygo, because when I try to do devmap cp_zmb the game crashes.
Other notes that could cause a problem:
when I tried to see the game console I see some strings that say:
sys_configSum is write protected (in red)
and
ragdoll_explode_force is cheat protected (in red)
(in total there are 42 of them which say cheat protected and 5 write protected)
I tried giving the game all privileges possible and disabling the anti virus but nothing changed.

is there a way to reset your stats. i thought i could put myself at a specific level but now im stuck at level 999. is there a way to get specific stats or to just reset them?
It is now possible to rank up with bots in public matches using the command xblive_privatematch 1;xpartygo;xblive_privatematch 0
to start the match.
It works for games like "Free for All" and "Gun Game" but not for any team based modes like TDM and DOM. In team based modes it appears that lobby is filled with bots before the player get assigned to a team, and with no place left for the player so they just get sent back to the lobby.
I would imagine that the fix for this would be to assign the player to a team before the bots connect. Either:
OR find an alternative way to start the game that actually initiates the countdown procedure.
Weapons in Infinite Warfare have a weird skewing effect when at FOVs over 85. I was wondering if it was possible to fix it, and if it was even worth it to fix it.
Also I have a secondary suggestion that I didn't mention in the issue name being un cheat protect the "gpad_stick_deadzone_min" and "gpad_stick_deadzone_max" commands.
If God mode is enabled and you receive any stun or explosive damage you become permanently stunned and are unable to run or move at normal walk speed. I have only tested this in zombies unsure it it happens in other modes. Both disabling god mode and being revived don't fix this. The only way to fix it i can see is to end the match and start another one
When you complete The Beast from Beyond using the "director_cut" it will not teleport you to the Mephistopheles afterlife arcade, it will just teleport you back to the regular map like completing it without directors cut.
I tell you that I finished making the Easter egg, and when I came out it wouldn't let me play with David, I made the Easter egg with my brother and my brother if he lets it and when I try it doesn't work for me ¿do you think you can add a command to play with the special characters on each map?
connecting to a server causes the game to timeout.
if you go custom game->start match->disconnect->connect it will not timeout and connects to the server.
probably something to do with the party system, but idk.
i followed the instructions in issue 25 but when i build, it pops up with "the system cannot find the file specified" and a directory to the iw7mod.exe file (that doesnt exist) in the mod folder.

Weapon wall buys in Zombies should have a light blue outline. The Dischord wonder wonder weapon has a step where you have to shoot targets for a battery, those targets should have a red outline. Both of these things do not show in iw7-mod. A medium severity issue, but would be nice to have as the targets specifically can be quite difficult to identify.
every time i try the unlock all thing it doesnt work ive tried unlockstats, cg_mpWeaponUnlock, cg_unlockall_items 1, i click enter they just dont seem to work, could yall fix that
I have downloaded the iw7 mod clone successfully but i have no idea how to install the mod, if i had a tutorial that would be pretty cool.
Any particular reason why it doesn't happen in multiplayer (custom game)?
I tried with GitHub Desktop and even with GitHub CLI, but it says always This folder contains files. Git can only clone to empty folders.
Hi, i download files from RUI, run steam patch and then when i run iw7-mod.exe, I have a terminal that open, then the game launch with a black screen with "a37ae3a" written at the top, then all close and nothing
once i had in the terminal

then nothing happens
the console window continues, the black screen appears with the legend in the upper left margin and the game menu does not appear at all, What could be the failure or error?
PS: it also throws often fatal error memory 15 402
It's installed in E:\Call of Duty - Infinite Warfare
When selecting the store the game gets stuck in an infinite loop while "fetching info", forcing you to alt F4 to quit the game.
Even after doing all the unlocked commands, I still cannot equip the EE characters by doing their codes. Unless theres another command for them specifically.

however to try help out, I’ve managed to sort the server side for zombies. I have a .bat to start the server, the map names and rotate eneabled. And works well
multiplayer, I got the files set up. Map rotation but can’t seem to get bots to spawn in 🤨
I managed on the other cod clients to set a bat to start server, wait 10 secs, load mod client via batch with +connect (ip) to auto connect to the server on launch. But I’m struggling with this one

game lags every like,2 seconds,turned on my fps counter to see whats happening and it looks like im getting 160 fps+ but it drops down to 20ish fps every 2 seconds,looked at cmd to see whats happening and found this error that keeps repeating every like 2 seconds or so: FRUSTUM_GRID_MAX_LIGHTS(256) exceeded - distant light(s) skipped. here is an image of what im talking about:

Idk if its a game thing or im not doing it correct but ive tried every command in past issues and ones i thought would work and none of the unlock all commands show up in console or work even if i do it without console otherwise the launcher and shit work just fine

It will be possible to play the client with steam in offline mode ?
I played through all the ees using this mod and unlocked directors cut and save the iw7-mod folder data assuming this would contain my progress and would be transferable but it wasn't and I lost all my progress reinstalling Windows. Is there any way to unlock directors cut again without going through the painful process of doing all the easter eggs again
Hi lads, i am interrested in this client because i do not have faith in vanilla Infinite Warfare servers being 100% secure. Does this allow me to play zombies solo without connecting to their servers?
Anyway, is there any particular reason why there isn't a precompiled executable uploaded to your github? I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to programming and development of these projects, but i am interrested in testing it for sure.

The bouncing DVAR is not complete. atm it does the same as previous cods, but starting with bo3 far more has to be done do to the same effect. i can show an example of the problem but i dont know the genuine fix for it. I attempted to depatch them about a year ago, and had the same current problem

trying to find commands is pretty hard as the console won't list a whole load at once, tells you press SHFT + TAB to display more but nothing happens.
is there anyway to dump all the commands to a text file?

I'm experimenting with the mod on Linux, specifically on the Steam Deck through Bottles, and I'm unsure whether or not it's a translation issue or other compatibility issue, but whenever I load up the mod, the splash screen does not render correctly and the program never launches. When I disable the splash screen and launch the program again, it brings up doesn't start at all or brings up the following error;

The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
I'm unsure if I'm missing some sort of dependency in the sandbox or something along those lines. The error came up once or twice when first starting it up on Windows but it's been working perfectly fine since than. This issue only comes up when trying to run it through Wine on Linux.

Got some stuff to add but not quite ready for creating a PR on the main branch.
If having your username with the colour codes I.E ^2Username the game will force-kick you for any match.

After I updated the iw7 mod I can´t start a private match or zombies.
And now I can´t use this command:
