Add Settings Panel
From the settings panel it should be possible to modify various options like, title, logo, branding, file format, changelog format and more
Support for multiple Projects
Through a simple settings panel it should be possible to create new projects. Each project can have an array of version numbers. Those could be saved in a JSON or XML File and read dynamically

Changelog Preview
Currently after each reload of the page the changelog gets hidden. It should stay open if it was open and it should stay closed if it has been closed - regardless of a page refresh. Also the design should get an overhaul. It would be also good if new entries gets added without page refresh

Since the update the anchors are little messed. This needs to get fixed
