Hi, did you setup the fqdn (development.diaspora.local) in your /etc/hosts file? It is described in the first part of README. Let me know! 👍

This is what I have in my /etc/hosts (Ubuntu 12.04)

192.168.11.2 development.diaspora.local
192.168.11.3 staging.diaspora.local

I've updated to 1.6.3, now it works and I can execute Diaspora* on my machine.
But every page load too slow, Is it normal?

Another question. Is there a way to load posts from outside to my Stream page?
It's for development/testing purposes because I don't want to populate the database with fake posts to fill the Stream page.
