On small devices the sidebar content will be shown on top of the content. How to deal with that? Hide sidebar nav? At least switch order of toc and sidebar nav to show toc over content.

If $wgLinusTOCInSidebar is set, and the __TOC__ magic word is used, should the TOC still be moved into the sidebar?

In what way can the skin support Semantic MediaWiki? Some styling of SMW elements is easy, but are there hooks that can be user or other features to improve the overall skin?
