Use CSS opacity transitions to make the slideshow animation more performant.

A JavaScript function should take the list of images and maybe some speed parameters to set the CSS properties on the images.

All images except for the first one should be downloaded in the background to improve page load times. The animation shouldn't start until the last image has loaded.

Right now if there is a repeated event in the calendar loaded by gcal.js, a JavaScript error occurs.

It needs to check if gd$when is present before trying to access it.

The "subscribe" div occludes the "social" div, so you cannot click on the social links.
