The "Miscellaneous Statistics" section of bitcoin.html includes many references to websites that estimate the bitcoin transaction fee for different urgency levels. I know at least 8 websites that estimate bitcoin transaction fees:

Chain Split Monitor (https://btcforkmonitor.info/) says it's shutting down.

There's no specific section for merchants and adoption on bitcoin.html other than "Vendors Accepting Bitcoin", so not sure if it fits.
