add user to object to local storage upon userform(), which takes the data from userform.html and creates a new user object with the properties of each entry field.

eventually, will use stored User.pinform.address string variable to populate the google maps JS div in a loop for each location that is in local storage with codeAddress().
can also hardcode some locations for presentation purposes.
