Functionality to put events for family groups in individual and/or family event records. This will require specification of who it applies to (e.g. not all family members will be on every census).

Also related is functionality to take an evidence-driven approach so that all the info on, say, a census document can be input in one function and it will put all the pieces in the right places. In order to do this, we might want a standardised API for different document types (e.g. 1901 Census)...another package?
