Preparación de entorno del S.O. para la instalación de osTicket.

Por políticas de empresa hay que descargar osTicket desde la web del fabricante. Así que a través de un navegador web, descargamos el paquete y nos lo subimos a la carpeta /home/cifpsoporte, para posteriormente descomprimir, copiar el archivo de idioma y copiar los archivos /var/www/html/osticket.

Una vez descargado en la carpeta /home/cifpsoporte iniciamos el proceso de instalación.

Los datos de conexión de la BBDD deben coincidir con los que hemos puesto durante la creacion de ususarios y BBDD en el apartado de MariaDB
Base de datos: osTicket
Nombre usuario: osTicket
Password: osTicket
En la parte inferior tenemos las URL de la generación y gestión de tickets.
Y por último eliminamos los permisos del fichero ost-config.php y renombramos la carpeta setup por motivos de seguridad.
